This is our elf Hermie Markle (the kids named him last year) who came back for the Christmas season. Hermie flys back to the north pole to report to santa every night to let santa know if the kids are being naughty or nice. Then Hermie comes back & hides in a new spot. The kids wake up and look for his new hiding spot every morning. Hermie can be pretty sneaky sometimes in his hiding!
